Our office is located in the heart of Istanbul, in the Taksim district, close to most consulates, allowing us to shorten the time required for preparing necessary documents and saving time. We use our own private vehicles equipped with special refrigeration units for the transfer of deceased persons. Within the company, we have qualified personnel who speak German, Arabic, English, Romanian, Russian, and Turkish. We undertake all burial procedures according to the deceased's religion, or the repatriation and transfer of the body to their home country.
Our services include:
- Preparation of the body according to international transport regulations,
- Standard transport coffin,
- Organizing the transfer of the body with specially equipped vehicles,
- Obtaining and arranging the necessary documents (notarized and apostilled documents from the hospital, Consulate, and Civil Registry Office),
- Coordination of suitable airline flights,
- Cargo reservation and registration of the coffin for the aircraft,
- Organizing additional transfers upon arrival in the country, if necessary.
